Bahan – bahan

  • Udon 150g
  • Saus Tartar 30g
  • Daging ayam 100g
  • Tepung tempura 50g
  • Air 20g
  • Dashi stock 250g
  • Telur rebus (potong dadu)
  • Irisan lemon 1 buah
  • Daun bawang 10g

Cara membuat

1. Rebus mie udon menggunakan air panas

2. Secara terpisah, iris dada ayam rata-rata sebesar gigitan, lumuri dengan tepung tempura, lalu goreng

3. Campur saus tartar dengan telur rebus potong dadu lalu aduk rata

4. Tata mie udon ke dalam mangkuk, tambahkan kaldu dashi

5. Tambahkan tempura ayam, saus tartar, daun bawang dan irisan lemon di atas mie udon

6. Toriten udon siap dihidangkan

Ingredients

  • Udon 150g
  • Tartar sauce 30g
  • Chicken 100g
  • Tempura flour 50g
  • Water 20g
  • Dashi stock 250g
  • Boiled egg (diced)
  • Lemon slice 1pc
  • Spring onion 10g

How to make

1. Boil the udon noodle using hot water

2. Separately, slice the chicken breast mean into bite-size, coat it with tempura flour, then fry it

3. Mix tartar sauce with diced boiled egg then mix it well

4. Arrange the udon noodle to a bowl, add some dashi stock

5. Add chicken tempura, tartar sauce, spring onion and lemon slice on top of the udon noodle

6. Toriten udon is ready to be served
